Part One of Three Part series.

For current sophomore, junior and senior high school students.

To effectively combat antisemitism, we must understand what it is and how it manifests. Through the course of this program, participants learn who the Jewish people are and what antisemitism looks like throughout history. At the end of the program we provide real world tools for responding to antisemitism by looking at several recent case studies in high schools across the United States.

PARALLEL SESSION FOR PARENTS / Antisemitism through the Ages

One of the greatest factors that contributes to combating antisemitism is the ignorance that people have of the long history of antisemitism. This presentation aims to highlight the ways in which antisemitism has mutated throughout the course of human history, tracing the spread of antisemitism as a form of religious, ethnic, and racial bigotry. By identifying the tropes that have persisted for hundreds of years, we can begin to educate our communities to better recognize antisemitism in all its various forms instead of allowing it to continue to spread.

About the high school series.

In partnership with the nonprofit, Stand with Us, we aim to empower high school students with comprehensive knowledge, critical thinking skills, and proactive strategies to engage with the history of the Jewish people, the State of Israel, and contemporary issues, including antisemitism. Through interactive sessions and discussions, we aim to foster a sense of responsibility and advocacy among participants, equipping them to combat antisemitism on high school and college campuses and represent their Jewish heritage with pride.
